My family has been staying at this hotel for years, and it used to be our favorite spot. Sadly, recent experiences have been quite disappointing. While we still love the location and the beach, the service has drastically declined, especially when it comes to cleanliness and addressing concerns. We had high hopes for our recent stay only to encounter unexpected issues that were not handled well. It feels like management needs to step up their game to match what is expected from a 4-Diamond resort.

The room we stayed in was spacious but disappointing due to cleanliness issues; we found hair on the floor and trash in the window sill. Overall, the room was not up to the standards expected for the price paid.
